Attract and retain your workforce, upskill with purpose, and increase employee loyalty by making professional development, cross-skilling, and training accessible, flexible, and supported.

• Design Innovative Training Solutions in collaboration with employers, businesses, communities, colleges, trade programs, SME—tailored to meet evolving workforce needs and emerging technologies.

• Partnering with training providers and employers—to help launch new curriculum pathways, upskill the community, and prepare communities and support employers needing a skilled workforce in a new industry.

• Employer persistence benefit program development to support employee recruitment and retention needs. Upskill, professional development, and Tuition Assistance Programs.

  • Unique social persistence programming to support referrals and solutions for transportation, childcare, eldercare, utilities, and social needs that often cause employees (or students) to miss work or school.
